Alhambra is a perfume inspired by the streets of Granada, the city of the Alhambra.
It is a warm-spicy perfume that combines honey and ginger in its opening, with hints of Roman chamomile.
Next comes the jasmine. It's not just any jasmine; it's a Grandiflorum jasmine that has been molecularly distilled to remove the more unpleasant parts, resulting in pure fruit. It's accompanied by touches of Juhi and Sambac jasmine, adding a slightly greener, more animalic profile.
The base is a blend of sandalwood from 1930 with musk from the Kashmir region, which has been away since 1990.
It is a true pleasure for the senses, a perfume that creates an aura of serenity and tranquility.
The supporting auxiliary notes are bergamot, lemon, pink pepper, beeswax, Peru balsam, and vanilla.
Due to the rarity of the materials I have only been able to make 3 bottles of 30ml, one is for me so only 2 bottles will be for sale.
It comes with a handmade Iroko wood case, crafted in my father's carpentry workshop.
